These stormwater education one page flyers were developed by CRC for its MS4 participating municipalities for use in educating homeowners about stormwater. The ideal timing for the four topics to be used in newsletters or PSAs are: Hold Your Stormwater-anytime of year, Fertilizer- Spring or Fall, Cars- Summer, Yard Waste-fall.
