Toft Woods Restoration Project PDF

Creek: Ridley
Date: April 30, 2007
Type: Presentations

Toft Woods Community Association, working with CRC and a grant obtained from the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation's Delaware Estuary Program, addresses a significant stormwater runoff problem to Ridley Creek by redesigning, reconstructing, and naturalizing its one acre stormwater detention basin. The project as well as the rain garden have created excellent habitat for amphibians and pollinators, respectively. Please view the Power Point. For a tour of the basin, rain garden with four rain barrels, please contact Cynthia John at 610-627-0128 or for more info, CRC.
