Delineation of sensitive areas by Cahill Associates contracted by Middletown Township Land Conservancy with CRC which was used by Natural Lands Trust to apply for and receive funding from Growing Greener to purchase the tract. Purchase by Delaware County was completed September 2010 with matching funding from Middletown Township, Elwyn Inc, and Natural Lands Trust.
