Eight rain barrels were decorated by local artists and placed throughout the communities of Rutledge, Media, and Swarthmore. This was presently jointly by the Environmental Advisory Councils of Rose Valley Borough, Swarthmore Borough, Nether Providence, CRC, and Rutledge Borough.
