Brian Swistok, Water Resources Specialist for the School of Forest Resources at Penn State University, will review the purpose, status of implementation, and impact of Act 220, Pennsylvania's Water Resources Planning Act. Meet at the Springfield Township Municipal Building located on 50 Powell Rd in Springfield by 7 PM.  The meeting is free and open to the public.

This is a joint meeting of the Delaware County Environmental Network, Darby Creek Valley Association, and CRC.  The meeting will end at 9 PM. 

 Take the Baltimore Pike to the Blue Route, take the Blue Route north one exit to Route 1 North. Take Rt 1 North to the next light which is Springfield Rd. Make a right onto Springfield Road, heading south.  Cross over Septa train tracks.  Make your second right onto Powell Rd, and then a right into the Springfield Township municipal complex.  The township building is on your right.
